The ZOE 1200 is very suitable as a houseboat for use in the summer months. But can also be insulated at an additional cost.

De ZOE 1200 is zeer geschikt als houseboat voor gebruik in de zomermaanden. Maar kan ook tegen meerprijs geïsoleerd worden.
Deze houten houseboat heeft een warme uitstraling en is geschikt voor verhuur en eigen gebruik en gebruik gedurende de zomermaanden. De constructie opbouw is gemaakt van staal met houten skeletbouw en gebouwd op drijvers van Poleytheen die geschikt zijn tegen kou en ijs. Die ZOE 1200 eignet sich sehr gut als Hausboot für den Einsatz in den Sommermonaten. Sie können aber auch gegen Aufpreis isoliert werden.
Dieses Hausboot aus Holz hat eine warme Ausstrahlung und eignet sich sowohl für die Vermietung als auch für den persönlichen Gebrauch und die Nutzung in den Sommermonaten. Der strukturelle Aufbau besteht aus Stahl mit Holzrahmen und ist auf Schwimmern aus Poleytheen gebaut, die gegen Kälte und Eis geeignet sind. Die Fotos zeigen ein Hausboot ZOE, das standardmäßig geliefert wurde, aber der Käufer hat es weiter ausgebaut und eingerichtet. Der angegebene Preis ist also nicht der Preis, der zu den Fotos gehört. ZOE kann komplett geliefert werden.
Die Preise verstehen sich ohne Mehrwertsteuer und ohne Transport.
Ein Außenbordmotor mit 15 bis 20 PS ist optional.
